Before entering the financial services sector, Isabella spent several years in Stockholm, Sweden, working as a Merchandiser for Inditex, where she developed a strong understanding of visual merchandising, brand presentation, and customer engagement. Alongside this role, she worked as a nightlife photographer for Finest.se, Stockholm's largest nightlife portal. Through this work, she built an extensive network across the city's hospitality and entertainment scene, which ultimately inspired her next venture: Minza.
More than 10 years ago, Isabella founded MINZA in Stockholm, a fashion brand known for its elegant bandage dresses inspired by the iconic style of Hervé Leger. The brand quickly gained attention within Stockholm’s fashion scene, with many well known bloggers and influencers. Before she moved to Amsterdam she sold Minza. Today Minza is owned by someone else and is a different concept.
Over the years she learned how to build connections, keep relations and take them further for new corporations.
